Your dogs are like family to us. We treat our pack family with trust, respect and love; in equal measure. We always communicate exactly what is happening to our fur parents, always.
We do not succeed unless your dog is having fun. Even when we train, it is a fun experience for our pups. At the end of the day, we expect tongues to hang low and spirits to be high.
Your dogs safety is our TOP priority. We have advanced cleaning procedures, hospital-grade air purifiers, we never leave pets unsupervised, and all our dog handlers are trained professionals.
We understand how much you love your dogs. We love them too. Our goal is to always be transparent in all things. Although we do not allow in-person tours, we do document your dogs entire stay on our instagram page which you can follow to stay up-to-date on daily progress via our stories. If you have any questions we have not answered here, please give us a call today: 407-801-0556
No. We run this business out of our home. Your dogs can enjoy a loving environment filled with cuddles and play time as a pack. We have staff that joins us on pack days and for our group classes.
All dogs sleep inside dog crates that match their weight and size. We go to bed between 8-9pm and get up at 6am daily. The only other time dogs are in crates is for one 2hr nap daily, and for meals.
We have an open pack environment. Dogs have access to our yard, couch, and comfy dog beds all day long. Dogs take one 2hr nap a day in their crates during pack days (Wednesday-Saturday) for their safety. On non-pack days dogs are never left alone for more than 4 hours straight. On hot days we limit outside time for safety, and take lots of AC breaks inside.
We feed the pack 1-3 times per day, depending on your dogs needs. All dogs eat in their crates. Our feeding times are around 6am, 11am, and 4pm.
