I spent a really long time researching a safe and reliable boarding/day care for my pup. After going through over a... dozen websites, FB/Google/Yelp reviews, I decided to take him to Pluto’s. Pricier than the other dog boarders in comparison but I couldn’t have made a better choice. Michelle knew exactly how anxious and afraid I was feeling leaving him behind (he’s never been away from home) and she really put my mind at ease the entire time he was in her care. She communicated several times a day, and I always looked forward to checking her IG posts to see what they were up to. Most importantly, my boy looked so happy with the pack and it was so heartwarming to see.When it was time to pick him up, I was very excited to be reunited with him but at the same time I felt sad that he had to leave his new friends behind. I’m hoping to be able to take him back for some play days when the new location is ready. A million thanks to Michelle for taking very good care of him. He had such a fun time!!read more

I usually don't leave reviews. I figured who reads them? However, I am hoping at least ONE family reads mine and... chooses Pluto's Pals Pet Care.We recently moved down to Celebration from Ohio. Our pup went to daycare 4-5 times a week. He loved the interaction with other dogs and had his favorite humans too! Making the transition was tough being that I could not find a doggy daycare that met our needs. We needed Grey to run have fun and come home tired! After 4 months of scheduled visits, questions and reading reviews I FINALLY found Pluto's Pals.The vetting process was deep and took a while. Michelle's level of expectation that is top notch. Here love for dogs and their well-being was evident from the start. Our GreyBae was accepted by her right away and he decided that she was HIS too! Little did we know, Grey had many issues including anxiety, food insecurity and alpha confusion! Her knowledge of the canine psyche is impressive. Grey's behavior has changed so much. We just thought he was a nut job after he came into the world so sickly.Over the past 4 weeks, we have come to know and love our Grey in a new way! Michelle has worked with him individually and with her beloved Pack. His anxiety has decreased; he respects his human family now. She has educated us about the Canine Triangle (Trust-Respect-Love) which was off-balance in our household before we met her! Grey now obeys, shows respect and has accepted us as Alpha's rather than "The stupid humans!". In addition to the consistent training, The Pack play, go on walks, swim in the pool and have downtime with snacks and naps.I could go on and on but I suggest that you reach out to Michelle at Pluto's Pals Pet Care for a conversation. We're so happy we sent our little Max to Pluto's Pals for boot camp! Our puppy was proving to be a pretty aggressive... alpha and once he started biting due to his food aggression, we knew we needed the help of a professional. Michelle was great! She was very communicative, keeping us informed on his progress and the steps she was taking. She posts on her Instagram story regularly, so we was able to see what our little pup was up to throughout the day. Once it was time for Max to come home, Michelle provided a packet filled with details of what our next few weeks would look like, and walked us through how to maintain the structure she instilled in Max. He is definitely a much more respectful pup thanks to Michelle!read more

Pluto's Pals has been such a wonderful find for our Golden Retriever. We've used Pluto's for both Daycare and Boarding... and it's always a wonderful experience. Our pup gets to swim, run, and play with her friends in a safe and fun environment. Pluto's Pals posts on social media all day so you can watch your doggo have a blast, and are very responsive to texts for questions or scheduling. Highly recommended!read more

I cannot say enough great things about Pluto's Pals. They are the best! Our rescue dog Ginger started going to Pluto's... Pals about seven months ago. We do not know Ginger's experience from her past life, but we do know that she was not well socialized. We suspect she came from a breeding operation, and her fear of interacting with other dogs was evident. We started off sending her to much larger daycare facilities, and she did ok, but we always felt like more of a number than a name. They did not really know Ginger and her personality since she was just one of 100 other dogs. I saw a suggestion for Pluto's Pals on Facebook and I could not be more grateful. I sent Michelle an email, and she almost immediately got back to me with a phone call. She knew exactly what I was talking about when I explained Ginger's situation and she welcomed Ginger with open arms. Over the past seven months, Ginger has flourished with Pluto's Pals. She goes for daycare about once per week (she especially loves park days!) and we have boarded her there also. I love that Michelle is so responsive via text. She takes photos and videos of the dogs all day every day. She never has too many dogs in her care that your dog does not get the individual attention he/she needs. Michelle is also a certified dog trainer, so she will work with the dogs while they play, and she will give you tips and tricks to work on at home. We are so grateful that we found Pluto's Pals!!!read more

We would be lost without Michelle! We contacted Michelle within days of getting our Great Dane puppy, Adelaide, as we... knew that it would be important to get Adelaide socialized, trained, and have an outlet for play & fun. While we waited for Adelaide to reach the age needed for her vaccinations, we did a 1:1 training session with Michelle and it was an instant success!Adelaide goes to Pluto’s Pals Pet Care several days a week and she (and us) absolutely love it! Not just the time spent hanging with the pack, but the things she learns from Michelle and the staff are amazing.We get text updates throughout the day and always get an update on how the day went. And the videos on Facebook and Instagram!We love Pluto’s Pals Pet Care and would be lost without them!read more

At first I thought this was the perfect place for our dog. I was asked to get our dog vaccinated and we did. Our vet is... awesome and she vaccinated our dog as required.When I I went to let Michelle know that we had everything up to date and that OUR VET was sending the records over to her, she changed her mind and simply told me to find another boarding for our dog.Mind you we have been planning this since early March since we would be visiting Davenport and have been looking for a dog sitter for almost a month. This was not professional and not reliable at all. Now we are trying to find a boarding location for our dog and have had no luck.I would not recommend this place!read more

When we met Michelle from Pluto’s Pals Pet Care we knew right away we had found the person we could trust with our... Great Dane puppy Bella’s training. Michelle’s caring and calming presence, along with her knowledgeable, and professional demeanor told us Bella was in the right hands. We enrolled Bella in the four-week Puppy Boot Camp program and the results were amazing. I’ll admit it was tough at first not having contact with our girl, but Michelle was always available to us when we had questions or needed reassurance. In addition, she sent pictures and updates. Not to mention, we could always go on their Facebook page and see live videos of Bella playing and interacting with the other dog’s in their care. I loved that the training was done in a real home life setting. Bella became part of Michelle’s family and was able to learn not only from Michelle’s coaching, but through taking cues from her dogs as well. Furthermore, even though training is complete, Michelle still makes herself available to answer any questions we may have or help out with any perceived issue we may be having with Bella. I am so thrilled we found Pluto’s Pals Pet Care and Michelle, not just because of the outstanding training Bella received, but we now have a place to board Bella and send to doggie day care when we need to. All without a worry in the world that she’s in the absolute best hands. It's such a blessing to have found Michelle and the Pluto’s Pals Pet Care staff where they do incredible work and care so much for the animals they work with. I can't recommend them highly enough!read more

I know my baby (puppy) was in good hands because he wasn’t just left in a crate for hours on end. Michelle also helped... correct his puppy behaviors by teaching him and if she wasn’t around then the “pack” was there to train him. I know he misses Michelle and the pack and the special bond he formed with them. That will always be his second family. I would not take my dog to anyone or any place else while visiting in the Orlando area. I love the set up where my dog... looked so comfortable and at home. They go out to parks and her Great Danes actually help trained my little pup too be part of the pac. Michelle was fantastic with my Leo!!! I wish I could give more stars! They're very well deserved. We're way too picky when it comes to us leaving our pup at... a new daycare or even a new groomer while on vacation. We did our research to ensure we were leaving our fur baby in the best hands and we were not disappointed. The service, the updates/communication, our furry pup being happy the entire time was well worth our hours of finding the perfect spot. Their prices are beyond fair for the comfort, love and attention that your pup will receive!Michelle and Brian took AMAZING care of our little one. They run their business out of their own home so it makes your pup feel super comfortable! There is plenty of space to run around in the yard, swim in the pool and snuggle up for a nap indoors. We were updated with pictures and we were able to follow social media to see what he was up to- we loved everything about it while waiting in a Disney ride line.This will now be our spot when we're in the Orlando area 🐾♥️read more

When it comes to entrusting someone with my dog's care, I do not tread lightly. I looked at three places before I found... Pluto's Pals Pet Care; I am delighted I waited. Immediately, Michelle and her team were responsive, courteous, and knew professional dog care. They were the first place to ask for updated shot records, inquire about meds, and actually engage in getting to know my dog Heidi.My short initial phone call inquiry to Michelle left me with the utmost confidence with Heidi's well-being. We planned to have her do three full daycare days, Michelle also is amazingly flexible with hours and worth the price. My expectations were shattered before even the first pickup. Michelle was sure to update us with sharing cute moments of Heidi in the pool, Heidi running with 'the pack', and making new friends on Pluto's Instagram.My only issue is that Michelle lives so far away! The service she runs is even above the care we get at our hometown daycare. I wish I lived in Orlando just to continue taking Heidi down to them.Again, if you do one thing right on your trip to Florida it is to go with this pet care service - honestly the best. Can I give them 10 stars? This place was super amazing! Our Golden Retriever had a blast. We received pics and... videos everyday. They went on field trips to dog parks and had tons of fun. The house that the dogs stay at has an amazing backyard and pool. We can tell our dog was very loved while in their care. I HIGHLY recommend Pluto's Pals Pet Care.read more

I cannot say enough good things about Michelle and Brian!! My 2 doggos were so comfortable with them after 5 minutes,... and that says alot when you have a shy dog. They sent all the pictures of them romping and cuddling throughout the day, it was such a good feeling to leave my fur babies with people I really felt cared about them like one of their own 🥰 I wish they lived closer so my pups could be a pack regular, but they will always be our go to now whenever I visit the area! Michelle is the absolute BEST! There is no one else I will leave my fur baby with. When Mallory is at Pluto's Pals, I... know that she is in the best care with someone who values her as if she were their own. Michelle is extremely flexible and communicates exceptionally well. Michelle and Brian are true pet lovers! The care and love they have shown for my dog, Toronto is top knotch. Lots of... photos, check-ins, training tips, advice and general wellness are the other great things you and your pet will receive outside of the important snuggle sessions. We brought our two English bulldog puppies (4 months old) to Pluto's Pals because we were having a hard time with potty... training and also getting them to understand acceptable behavior.We received pictures everyday and updates as to how they were doing. They even took them to the vet when they needed their vaccinations. We were sent home with a schedule for them to stay on and it's been perfect for keeping them in the mindset of their rules and boundaries.After 34 days of training we picked them up and they were completely different dogs. They potty outside now, they don't chew things they shouldn't and they're actually fun to be around. They come when they're called, they're still their silly, goofy selves, but they're so much better. It was a miracle!! If I have questions, I can call or text so I'm not left in the dark. Their knowledge of how pup behavior is amazing.I felt comfortable leaving them at Pluto's Pals. We did a walk around the property before we dropped them off, and were shown where they would be during various parts of the day and training. This is a completely safe environment and they truly LOVE the pups left in their care. I never had to worry if they were okay, because I knew they were in great hands.I am so excited about the progress our two puppies made that I will bring my great dane there too for some additional training.We highly recommend Pluto's Pals!
